Palak Paneer Ki Sabji

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the spinach leaves thoroughly and chop them into small pieces.
  2. Heat ghee or oil over medium heat in a large pan. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
  3. Add the diced onions and fry until they’re golden brown.
  4. Add the minced garlic and ginger and fry for a minute.
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they’re soft and mushy.
  6. Add the coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder and stir.
  7. Add the chopped spinach leaves and cook until they’re wilted.
  8. Transfer the cooked spinach to a blender and blend until smooth.
  9. Pour the blended spinach into the pan and add crumbled paneer.
  10. Stir gently and let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  11. Serve hot with fresh cilantro leaves as a garnish.
