Ingredients:
- Soya Chunks: 1 Cup
- Water: 2 Glass
- Curd: 180 Grams (1 Cup)
- Onion: 2 Big Size (Roasted Paste)
- Garlic: 6-7
- Ginger: 1 Inch
- Coriander Powder: 1 Tablespoon
- Cumin Powder: 1/2 Teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder: 3/4 Teaspoon
- Red Chilli Powder: 1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt To Taste
- Black Pepper Powder: 1/4 Teaspoon
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder: 1 Teaspoon
- Dry Fenugreek: 1 Tablespoon
- Garam Masala: 3/4 Teaspoon
- Oil: 4-5 Tablespoon
- Bayleaves: 2
- Cinnamon Stick: 1 Inch
- Hing: 1/4 Teaspoon
- Cumin Seed: 1/2 Teaspoon
- Water For Curry
- Coriander Leaves
Instructions:
- Soak the soya chunks in 2 glasses of water for 15 minutes.
- In a blender, grind the onion, ginger, and garlic to make a paste.
- Heat 4-5 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add bay leaves, cinnamon stick, hing and cumin seeds.
- Add the onion paste, sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and black pepper powder, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the curd, mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the soaked soya chunks, mix it well and add 1/2 cup of water.
- Add kashmiri red chili powder and dry fenugreek leaves, mix it well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add garam masala, mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Lastly, add coriander leaves and mix it well.
Serve the delicious soybean curry hot with rice or chapati.
